Family weekend

We got away for a little family climbing and camping weekend last fall.  With a car stuffed to the gills we headed out to Sam's Throne

It was a busy weekend, but we managed to score the most premo camping spot.  Someone must have just left, because the fire was still warm and everything else was taken.
A little slackline action kept the kids (and Mom) occupied, plus gave us a chance to warm up the core.
We also managed to peak the weekend with peak fall foliage.  Hard to beat.
For the kids, the approach at Sam's, down through the catacombs is half the fun.
I got to spend plenty of time as rope-gun
And Noah got to work on his crack skills.
Melissa was just happy to be outside on rock again.
Even Sarah had a good time jamming and stemming.
Nothing beats a good campfire in the fall
Looking good sister!
Lay it back
Mr. Handsome
That's my lady.
Magic Mushrooms?
Poison Ivy is so pretty in the fall
Pretty green snake
